Welcome to the online scheduling calendar for Danica Todd.    Please review the following terms and conditions before scheduling an appointment. The Initial Consult and Follow-up appointment option will be found at the bottom of this explanation.  If anything is unclear, please do not hestitiate to reach out.  I am happy to answer any questions you may have!  ~ Danica Todd (843)826-0660

• New clients are required to schedule the comprehensive initial visit session so that we can get to know you, create your treatment plan, and complete a therapeutic session. Please consider purchasing a one time initial visit for gift certificates to establish care.
• Follow-up appointments and packages can be discussed at the end of the treatment plan if you are interested. We are here for you when you need us and will not pressure you into a sale.
• Although we guarantee appointments can be filled, there is no guarantee a specific day or time will be available. We recommend scheduling as soon as possible for optimal availability.

Cancellation Policy:

Appointments must be cancelled before 24 hours of scheduled time or the appointment will be charged by the package or card on file. Please text or email ASAP if you go into labor. Birth has no timeline and appointments will not be charged due to labor.

 

Package Policy:

Packages must be used by the expiration date.

Gift Certificate Policy:

Gift Certificates for the initial consultation, a 90 minute follow-up session, or 60 minute follow-up session must be used by the expiration date.
